Product Warranty

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Diatom Australia’s products are warranted for a minimum of twelve (12) months (product dependant) from the original date of purchase or from the date of delivery. This is applicable to parts only and shipping is not included.

Diatom Australia shall, at its option and within a reasonable time, either repair, replace, or refund defective or non-conforming Products which, in Diatom’s opinion, are covered by the warranty. The said remedies are exclusive, and Buyer shall not be entitled to put forth any other remedy or claim related to defective or non-conforming Products at its own initiative.

The customer making this exchange and requesting credit for the said unit is obligated to verify that the unit or part is in fact defective. The unit will need to be returned to the manufacturer under a Returned Materials Authorisation (RMA) for review and/or repair (if found defective).

The warranty shall only apply to Products that have been paid for in full with valid proof of purchase. The warranty shall only be for the benefit for Buyer only. The warranty does not extend to Buyer’s customers, agents or representatives, or to other third parties. Buyer shall notify Diatom Australia without undue delay after it has detected that the Products are non-conforming or defective.
This warranty does not cover: Parts damaged by decomposition from chemicals, AC on, humidity, moisture, or wear caused by abrasive materials; Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or any other use other than its intended use; Improper operation, maintenance, installation, modification, or adjustments; Parts not made by the manufacturer are not warranted.
